RETURN POLICY

Eligible items may be returned for an exchange only. No cash refunds. Returns must be returned within 7 days of the ship date received. Pretty Girls Boutique will not accept any returns after 7 days. CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE RETURN SHIPPING FEE.

 

Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear). Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt. If not reported, we will not honor exchanges. If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your package.

 

Merchandise can be returned via mail to Pretty Girls Boutique (P.O. Box #6802 McKinney, Tx 75071). If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given return credit.   

 

Credit for your return merchandise will be processed once product has been received. Please allow 1-5 business days for return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued store credit in the form via email. Store credit covers original purchasing price and tax if applicable.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

* Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Pretty Girls Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-275-8777. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages should be reported as a claim to the USPS.
